Shipping

We print each order once it is placed and accepted. Our printing time is typically 1-3 business days and shipping average is 3-5 business days. If you requested a PDF proof of the artwork, the timeline will be longer depending on how long it takes for you to accept the artwork. 

 

Once you place an order, we’ll send you confirmation that we received it. All orders are shipped with tracking, and you will receive your tracking number via email as soon as it’s available.

 

Custom products usually arrive 4-8 business days from when you order it!

 

Returns

Always shop confidently that we will make your order to your complete satisfaction. Since these are custom products we cannot accept returns, but if there is a problem with the materials or craftsmanship, please let us know and we’ll do everything possible to make you happy.
